An exceptional piece of memorabilia from the 'Venue of Legends' Wembley Stadium.
This is the actual seat that featured in the promotional material for the sale of the Royal Box seats from the stadium in the year 2000. No other piece was mounted in this way making this piece completely unique.
We understand the Royal Box seats were replaced around 1990 and the underside of the seat displays the manufacturers seal with the dates 1988 –1991.
Professionally remounted on a new steel coated stadium frame with new aisle plates to both sides. The aisle plates have the letter 'A' under the old Twin Towers Wembley logo.
Presented on a two tiered plinth with inlaid red carpet and engraved plaque this is one of the most intriguing pieces of Wembley memorabilia to come to market. The seat flips and remains in perfect working order and would make a wonderful addition to any sporting memorabilia collection.
This substantial piece weighs in excess of 15kg and is supplied with a detailed Certificate of Authenticity.
Condition
Scratches and marks to the stand plinth and plaque but generally in excellent condition.
