UK deliveries

We are delighted you are considering placing an order with us and are very happy to confirm that we have been delivering orders safely around the world for many years. We currently use the Royal Mail Signed For & DHL Tracked for most UK deliveries. Large or high volume orders are typically sent via UPS or DHL.

International deliveries

We are delighted you are considering placing an order with us and are very happy to confirm that we have been delivering orders safely around the world for many years.

We use premium fully tracked service providers DHL, Fedex & UPS.

We regularly deliver throughout Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and the Rest of the World. Every order is dispatched in very robust packaging on a tracked service. Typically delivery is completed within 7 days from date of order (plus weekends) however we ask you allow 12 days.

In the event of a problem

The reliability of our delivery service is excellent and fortunately we rarely have a lost or damaged order. However as much as we try to avoid problems occasionally something does go wrong. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, or arrives damaged please rest assured we will resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.
