Your purchase is carefully packed in extremely robust packaging and can be delivered to most locations around the world (*see exclusions below).

UK deliveries

We are delighted you are considering placing an order with us and are very happy to confirm that we have been delivering orders safely since 2002. We currently use the Royal Mail Tracked and DHL Tracked for most UK deliveries. Large or high volume orders are typically sent via UPS or DHL. Your order will be dispatched in very robust packaging on a tracked service. You order is normally delivered in 3 working days but we do ask yo to allow 5 working days for your delivery. International deliveries

We are delighted you are considering placing an order with us and are very happy to confirm that we have been delivering orders safely around the world since 2002. We only use premium service providers and typically use UPS fully tracked services and occasionally DHL and FedEx.

We have successfully delivered for many years throughout Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and much of the rest of the World. Every order is dispatched in very robust packaging on a tracked service. Typically delivery is completed to Europe within 5-7 working days and 5-10 working days from date of order to the rest of the world however we politely ask you to allow 12 days for your order to clear customs and for the delivery to be completed.

*Please note due to circumstances beyond our control we are not currently delivering to Israel, Greece, India and South America.

Import Taxes & Duty

International buyers may be required to pay import duty on goods over a certain value once a shipment reaches your destination country. The threshold and amount charged is country specific and is charged by your government's tax office. The Original Memorabilia Company nor our parcel carrier benefit in any way from these charges.

In the event of a problem

The reliability of our delivery service is excellent and fortunately we rarely have a lost or damaged order. However, as much as we try to avoid problems occasionally something does go wrong. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, or arrives damaged please rest assured we will help resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.
