Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to The Original Memorabilia Company. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return it to us in the original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase price in full.
All items are guaranteed to be authentic and are provided with a detailed certificate of authenticity.
Product Deterioration Over Time
All limited editions published by The Original Memorabilia Company are printed with lightfast inks and signed by the subject with permanent or pigment ink as stated in the product description. Over time many factors can impact on the appearance of your purchase including sunlight, home lighting, moisture, temperature, central heating and positioning and your purchase does not need to be in direct sunlight to be effected by ultra violet light. We strongly recommend you seek professional advice on how to display your purchase and consider archival grade materials and UV filtering conservation glass. For extra peace of mind you may wish to use a Fine Art Trade Guild certified framer www.fineart.co.uk who will advise you on the best materials you can use and may be able to provide further advice on how to protect your purchase.
By buying a signed limited edition that has been commissioned by The Original Memorabilia Company you accept your purchase has been sold to you in good faith and that The Original Memorabilia Company have taken reasonable precautions to increase the longevity of your purchase. You also agree that The Original Memorabilia Company cannot be held responsible for fading or product deterioration over the course of time and that it is your responsibility to seek professional advice on how to preserve or extend the life of your purchase.
Any other product sold by the The Original Memorabilia Company may also show signs of fade or deterioration over the course of time and you accept your purchase has been sold to you in good faith and that it is your responsibility to seek professional advice on how to preserve or extend the life of your purchase. The Original Memorabilia Company therefore does not accept any liability for product deterioration after your purchase has been completed.
Delivery
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. The Original Memorabilia Company make every effort to despatch goods on time but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage shall pass to the Customer.
Title in the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full by The Original Memorabilia Company.
When ordering goods from The Original Memorabilia Company for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Errors and omissions
If The Original Memorabilia Company establishes that product descriptions or pricing stated within the website are inaccurate, The Original Memorabilia Company will, at their discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
